・The rental period will be the same as your room lease period. (For example, if your room lease is for one year, the rental period will also be one year.)

・Items will be delivered and set up in your room by your move-in date, so you can use them from the day you move in.

・You cannot specify the manufacturer or brand of the rental items. (Photos are for illustrative purposes only.)

・Depending on the item, the product grade may be higher or lower than shown. In such cases, we will provide you with a separate quotation.

・All prices are exclusive of tax.
